A: To maintain maximum brilliance and longevity, we recommend avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals, heavy perfumes, or chlorine. After wearing, gently wipe your piece with a soft cloth to keep it sparkling.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order is processed (2-5 business days), estimated international delivery timelines are:

Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes, every order includes comprehensive tracking. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Because we strive to process and pack orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at support@jaynise.store with your order number.

Q: Why is the product free? Is this a catch?
A: No catch at all! To celebrate our promotional launch and build international brand awareness, we are gifting selected items for $0.00 for a limited time. We only ask our customers to cover the premium insured shipping, handling, and secure brand packaging fees at checkout.
Q: Can I order more than one promotional item?
A: Yes, you can! However, please note that shipping fees are calculated per item at checkout. This is because each delicate piece is individually hand-packed, insured, and shipped in its own protective Signature Jaynise Packaging to ensure pristine delivery.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

A: We offer a 30-day return window for standard items from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Q: Can I return a promotional ("Free + Shipping") item?
A: Items claimed under our "Free + Shipping" promotions are final sale and not eligible for product value refunds, as the item itself was gifted. Additionally, all shipping and handling fees paid to international couriers are 100% non-refundable.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We apologize for any inconvenience! If your item arrives defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jaynise.store with a photo of the damage, and we will ship out a complimentary replacement immediately.
