1. PROMOTIONAL "FREE + SHIPPING" OFFERS

From time to time, Jaynise runs exclusive promotional campaigns where selected items are offered for free ($0.00). For these specific promotions, customers are only responsible for the premium insured shipping, handling, and secure brand packaging fees calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipping fees for promotional items are calculated per item to cover individual protective packaging, dedicated sorting, and insurance for each delicate piece.

2. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES

All our jewelry pieces undergo a strict quality control inspection and are carefully hand-packed in our signature packaging before dispatch.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • During high-demand promotional periods, holiday seasons, or custom launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

3. SHIPPING ESTIMATES & TIMELINES

We ship internationally to ensure our collections reach you wherever you are. Once dispatched from our fulfillment centers, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 – 18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 12 – 20 business days

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order shipped from Jaynise includes comprehensive end-to-end tracking. Once your package is handed over to the international courier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery in real-time.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier status to update online.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Jaynise is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package by your country's destination laws. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an insufficient address, a reshipment fee will apply.
