Refund policy

At Jaynise, we want you to love your boutique jewelry pieces. We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and hand-inspected collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a clear and structured return process.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your package is delivered to your address. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return under our 30-day window, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original, undamaged Signature Jaynise Packaging (including any branding boxes or velvet pouches).

  • Proof of purchase or your original order number must be provided.

2. EXCLUSIONS & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ("FREE + SHIPPING")

Please read carefully if you participated in our exclusive promotional campaigns:

  • Items ordered under our "Free + Shipping" promotions (where the item price was $0.00 and you only covered shipping and handling) are final sale. We do not issue product value refunds for promotional items as the product itself was gifted.

  • Shipping & Handling Fees: All shipping, handling, and insurance fees paid at checkout for promotional or standard items are 100% non-refundable. These fees are directly consumed by the international logistics couriers to secure and deliver your package.

3. DAMAGES AND QUALITY ISSUES

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our concierge support within 48 hours of delivery at [support@jaynise.store].

Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the damaged item. If approved, we will immediately arrange a brand new, complimentary replacement to be shipped out to you at no extra cost.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for return packages lost by your local postal service.

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card) within 5 to 10 business days.
